Two New Dwellings in Westfield, Norfolk

The design brief was to prepare proposals to support an Outline Planning Application for respectful residential development with appropriate access and sensible landscaping.

The site was situated outside of the settlement boundary as described by the Local Planning Authority.  The justification for the proposals within supporting information successfully argued how they could facilitate a shortfall of housing in the local region and provide a private development opportunity.  The proposals aimed to explain how the application is based on a good understanding of local character and special circumstances.

Acted as mains designer, planning consultant and technical design coordination for tender arrangements and construction.

Construction is currently underway on this project – will update with photos once complete.
