Our services at All Plans begins with a free consultation and site visit with no obligation. We then will provide full construction drawings and submit and monitor all local and authority planning applications required.

We provide drafting of plans and the submission of planning applications, along with any documentation required by your local authority.
Building Regulations
Application and support service for building standards and Building Regulations - in-depth set of design and construction standards.
1. Free No Obligation Discussion
We will come and talk to you in person, over the phone or via video call and have a no obligation discussion with you free of charge (and a site visit if located within East Anglia, UK). Building regulations are usually required however planning may not be necessary – we will advise you on this and give you information on local authorities fees and timescales. We will quote for our services tailored to your specific project. If you decide to go ahead we will then return to do a full measured survey of the site.
2. Architectural Design - Measured Survey and Drawings
We will return to undertake a full survey of the property including drainage, boundaries and surrounding area. We will need access to all areas of the property to assess the structure. We will then prepare a draft scheme and make sure it’s just as you want it – providing amendments where necessary – as it can be difficult to change this once plans have been submitted to the local authorities.
3. Planning Applications and Appeals
We offer a full planning service and submit your application as your agent and monitor its progress.
4. Building Regulations
Building regulations approval and requirements are considered from teh onset to ensure that the proposals are buildable. Following planning approval we will then apply for building regulations on your behalf. once approved both planning and building regulations are valid for three years and work must start within this time.
